    Baltimore and Washington DC business owners will be moving more online and to technology then ever better.  Spending money upgrading that Brochure Website or creating a Social Media strategy will no longer be wishful thinking.  You cannot be without either to compete for online consumers that become offline clients.

    This post is Part 4 of a 4 blog series dedicated to the new SEO, Social Media and Reputation Management platform launched by ReachLocal.
