Live Chat Increases Website Leads

Most businesses in 2012 have a website with the main focus to attract new, paying clients or to provide information to consumers and business owners who may be thinking of doing business with them.  But, did you know that the vast majority, in some studies 85-93%, of website visitors never make their selves known through a phone call, email, form submission or eCommerce order?  Pretty scary, right?  85-93% simply leave your site and you never get the opportunity to “talk” with them.

Adding a Live Chat operator to your website WILL increase conversions.  In our beta test, we saw a 30% average lift of total online leads after adding live chat to a campaign.

The beautiful thing about chat is that it works for just about every business that has a good amount of traffic coming to their website.  I have clients using chat that are attorneys, orthodontists, home improvement companies, auto dealers, food service equipment retailers and it has generated additional revenues for all of them.

If you need additional leads, adding chat is a very inexpensive way to capture new opportunities for your company that you would not have without chat being present.  Simply put, your online leads will increase.  Our program for live chat is charged by the SALES lead whereas you will receive the potential client’s name, what they are interested in and a combination of their phone number OR email address.  The chat operator will try to get both.  Depending on the number of leads you pre-buy, your cost per lead will be $8-10. NOTE FOR AUTO DEALERS: I had a Honda dealer start our chat and sell a Pilot the first weekend chat went live.  They also consistently receive leads for their Service department that they do not pay for. Only Sales leads you are billed for.
