Of course, this is a simplification of what Pinterest actually is, but you get the general idea. Some individuals do not consider this to be a problem because they are not receiving compensation for the use, but that still does not make it ethical or legal.

In most matters, it is best not to use anything that has not been cleared or if the person posting is unsure of its copyright status.
