This post is Part 4 of a 4 blog series dedicated to the new SEO, Social Media and Reputation Management platform launched by ReachLocal.

Today’s focus will be the Reputation Management aspect of ReachCast.  ReachCast combines a proprietary technology platform with an expert service team to help SMBs build and optimize their Web presence for the purpose of driving online search discovery, powering reputation management, and managing social media marketing.

People have opinions and with the invention of the Internet, they now have a place to share those opinions ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS with their friends, coworkers, relatives or complete strangers.  Some of it can be good while some can be bad.  Very Bad for your businesses reputation.  You have probably wondered how to get some positive reviews for your business online.  Maybe you have been scratching your head trying to figure out how you can get rid of that not so positive review that has been sitting out there since 2006.  Well, the great news is I can help you do it all.
