How has the Internet made your business more/less profitable?

There are many inventions/ideas that come along over time that change the landscape of the business world.  The Internet and Search Engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo just may go down as the most famous.  Where else can you spend your advertising dollars with near 100% going towards your target audience?  TV wont get you there, radio hits too broad and the yellow page books will be a distance memory in a few years.
